The NJV Athens Plaza, member of the Preferred Hotels and Resorts, welcomes to its team the acclaimed Chef Panagiotis Anastasiou who takes over the hotel’s kitchen. Having many years of experience in the hotel industry and a deep knowledge of Greek gastronomy, he comes to integrate the Greek culinary tradition and the Mediterranean diet into the international, creative, comfort cuisine.
With this new collaboration, NJV Athens Plaza seeks to offer its guests a unique gastronomic dining experience in the most welcoming and sophisticated environment, in the heart of Athens. The new Chef with his long culinary career, having acquired excellent practical skills and extensive experience, will create the new selections of delicious dishes with his signature, bringing to the fore Greek products and producers from all over Greece, and will oversee all the culinary services of the hotel. The rich breakfast buffet, the Banquet menus for corporate and private events, the menus of the hotel’s restaurants – Explorer’s Bar Bistro & Plaza Café – as well as the hotel’s Catering services.
