The Executive Chef of Andronis Exclusive, chef Pavlos Kiriakis will join forces with our Executive Chef Ntinos Fotinakis to create a pop-up degustation dinner menu for Gastronomy Project guests on Thursday August 22nd 2019 at Bill & Coo Hotels Mykonos.
Multi-winner of the “Toques d’Or” (Golden Caps) award, Pavlos Kyriakis keeps the gastronomic bar high in the luxury restaurant of the Andronis hotel in Santorini, with a modern cuisine with Greek and Mediterranean hues. His dishes have the proper amount of personal character, imagination, and balance, and he also proves to be a master in handling top-shelf ingredients.
